See What Has Captain Sandy Threatening to Fire 2 Crew Members

Will Camille Lamb and Alissa Humber be able to recover from this major Below Deck no-no? Watch.

By Allison Crist

The drama between Alissa Humber and Camille Lamb looks as though it’s coming to a head on next Monday’s all-new Below Deck.

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck on Bravo Mondays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The two can be seen arguing in front of charter guests (!) in the above sneak peek, with Camille accusing Alissa of being “a f--king bully” and Alissa calling Camille “a manipulator.” Thankfully, Captain Sandy Yawn — who’s temporarily filling in for an injured Captain Lee Rosbach — quickly steps in and shuts down the fight.

“Stop, we’re on charter,” the captain tells the pair. “You guys gotta compose yourselves. Don’t discuss this now.”

She then expresses just how disappointed she is in a confessional, explaining, “It’s never acceptable for a crew to fight. On a scale of one to 10, how unacceptable is this? A 10.”

From there, Captain Sandy is determined to get to the bottom of Alissa and Camille’s ongoing feud. She sits down with Camille first, making sure to warn her, “That can never happen on a boat I’m running. You both will be fired if that ever happens again.”

Camille apologizes and begins to once again describe Alissa as “a bully,” but before she can continue, chief stew Fraser Olander steps in. “Just leave it there,” he tells her, as he’s of the thought that they should all move on for the time being and focus on the charter. “I know it’s bad and needs to be dealt with, but we don’t need to f--king talk about it.”

This doesn’t sit well with Captain Sandy, who responds, “I wanna hear the story… This isn’t your call, it’s mine.”

And the way she wants to handle the situation is by listening to both Camille and Alissa “without judgment.” Then she’ll make her own “judgment.”

Ultimately, though, “As a captain, I’m not thinking about Camille [and] I’m not thinking about Alissa,” Captain Sandy continues. “Fraser needs to be worried about Camille and Alissa. I want my department heads to sort the problem before it gets out of control, because this situation wasn’t managed properly, otherwise it wouldn’t have happened.”

Hear what both Camille and Alissa have to say to the captain, as well as Captain Sandy’s final take on the matter, by watching the above preview.
