The man behind Bethenny's bod has some tips for you. Michael McArdie, Bethenny Frankel's yoga instructor, talked with Huffington Post Healthy Living about B's new yoga DVD, "Bethenny's Skinnygirl Workout," his star pupil's "insane" metabolism, and how to incorporate yoga into a fitness routine.

Michael says people who're used to running and spinning can be put off by the pace of yoga, but have nothing to fear. He explains, "I started yoga about thirteen years ago. Back then it was very spiritual, and I was like, 'can I sit through this?!' But as it became more popular, it became more dynamic, and now I rarely take any other classes besides yoga." He adds a great thing about yoga is that you can't "burn out' on it, so it's sustainable over a lifetime.

He says practice makes perfect, too, explaining that mastering a yoga move takes 10-15 times, and newbies should go for a mix of strength and flexibility poses. He says you can get a decent workout in even 20 minutes, noting that a short yoga DVD or video will "stretch everything that you need to stretch, let you get in some strength conditioning, and some spirituality can sneak in there a little."

And Michael says finding a motivator to get you onto the mat is key. What's Bethenny's? "I think for her, it's trying to center her from her insane schedule." She's a very busy Skinnygirl, after all, but she loves her some yoga. This morning, she Tweeted, "I was feeling achy today&made myself do yoga. SO much better. Got some of the creaks out. As we get older it's more necessary."
