Bozoma Reveals How She's Doing After "Devastating" Loss of Malibu House to Fire
RHOBH's Bozoma Saint John found out she lost her home on social media.
Bozoma Saint John is opening up about the tragic loss of her Malibu home to the recent fires in Los Angeles.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, who first confirmed that her home burned down on Instagram on January 9, spoke at length about the loss on the January 21 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Host Andy Cohen asked the former Netflix CMO how she was "holding up" after learning her house was gone.
"Well, that's kind of a hard question," she candidly responded, which you can watch above. "It's a difficult time because there are so many people who have lost everything and it makes me wonder, you know, about just how we can be resilient, and how you can continue to go on when things like this happen. I'm trying my best."
Bozoma Saint John reveals how she learned about the loss of her house
The RHOBH Season 14 newbie saw her house on fire on social media.
"I was in Zambia, and saw my house on Twitter, and that's how I found out," she explained on WWHL, confirming that she didn't have time to get any of her belongings out. "So, it was devastating, and I felt so helpless. There was nothing I could do. You can't send anybody to go get anything, or anything. So I just tried to make my way back as quickly as possible."
Bozoma went on to share that she purchased the house about four years ago, but it represented so much for her and her family.
"I worked 25 years to get it. Very, very hard. [I'm] in deep grief," she continued, noting that the house was one for her inner circle to enjoy. "I try not to compare grief to anybody else's or anything like that, but the hard thing is that it was more than just a house. It was not just my home, but a home for my family and my friends. I had a keypad on the house, not a keyhole, so people could just put in a code and go in whenever they want. And, so, we all lost a home."

"She's trying," Bozoma continued. "She had a few friends who lost homes as well, so, there's some community in that, too."
