Bravo Plays Five Degrees of Michael J. Fox
You might be surprised by the results...
After a 12-year hiatus, Michael J. Fox is making a return to Hollywood with his new sitcom, The Michael J. Fox Show, which debuts tonight at 9/8c on NBC. And since his career has spanned more than three decades, Fox is a pretty well-connected guy who's rubbed elbows with just about everyone. But if there's anyone he hasn’t run into, it takes only a few degrees to make the connection. So to celebrate his comeback, the show pulled together an amazing chart titled the Five Degrees of Michael J. Fox.
Naturally, we wondered whether Fox has any connections to any of our Bravolebs? And it turns out he does! Check them out below:
NeNe Leakes, I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding
Glee fans recognize NeNe Leakes as the smart-mouthed and sassy Coach Roz. Her Glee co-star Jane Lynch (who guested on Inside the Actors Studio) made a cameo on Friends. Friends star David Schwimmer appeared on Curb Your Enthusiasm, where Michael J. Fox also made an appearance (though not in the same episode).
Andy Cohen, Watch What Happens Live
Most Talkative author Andy Cohen once had Regina King as a guest on Watch What Happens Live. King starred in the movie Ray alongside Larenz Tate, who starred in Rescue Me. Which brings us to Michael J. Fox, who guest-starred on Rescue Me for five episodes.
Kathy Griffin, Kathy
Kathy Griffin guest-starred on Drop Dead Diva, which also featured Rosie O’Donnell for four episodes. O’Donnell guested on Curb Your Enthusiasm, which brings us to Michael J. Fox, who also appeared on the show.
Heather Dubrow, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
RHOC star Heather Dubrow lent her acting talent to Hot in Cleveland, which stars Betty White. Betty White made a guest appearance on Boston Legal, where Michael J. Fox played Daniel Post, a terminally ill businessman.
Kyle Richards, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
RHOBH star appeared on ER way back when. Julianna Margulies, one of the show's actors, also plays the lead in The Good Wife. Michael J. Fox guest-starred on that show as smarmy lawyer Louis Canning.
So it turns out the Bravo clan has quite a few connections to the legendary TV star. Were you surprised by any of them?
The Michael J. Fox Show premieres tonight at 9/8c on NBC.
