In the aftermath of the strongest earthquake ever to hit Japan and the deadly tsunami that followed, Bravolebrities took to their Twitter accounts to express sympathy over the horrific tragedy.

"Very upsetting to see the devastation in Japan, my thoughts and prayers go out to everybody," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Vanderpump tweeted. Co-star Taylor Armstrong expressed a similar message. "The people of Japan are in our thoughts and prayers today," she posted.

As a precaution, the U.S. National Weather Service issued tsunami warnings for at least 50 countries. "How's the West Coast? Alaska? Hawaii? I'm so worried about you all... Xx" Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice tweeted. "Thoughts and prayers to my friends in Japan- and the West Coast!" said Platinum Hit host Jewel.

The Real Housewives of Orange County's Jeana Keough's son Shane also shared his personal connection to the devastating natural disaster. "I lived in Kobe Japan for 4 years as a kid and I hope they can pull through this horrible time," he told followers. Want to help? Kyle Richards retweeted niece Nicky Hilton's call for action: "The situation in Japan is so devastating. Let's help and donate $10 to @RedCross by texting REDCROSS to 90999."
