Britney Spears Says She's "Done with Men" in the Most Revealing Carpool Karaoke
But the "Baby One More Time" singer says she wants more kids.
In between rocking out to "Oops... I Did It Again," "Toxic," and her latest single "Make Me," Britney Spears got candid about her personal life with The Late Late Show host James Corden in the latest installment of Carpool Karaoke.
As the two parents talked about their families, Britney revealed that she'd like to have more kids one day to join her sons Sean Preston, 10, and Jayden James, 9. Though she initially said, "I have to find the right guy first," Britney, who annulled her 55-hour-long marriage to Jason Alexander in 2004 and who was married to Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007, then backtracked. "I think I might not ever go to men again. I think I won't do the whole men thing anymore or get married or anything. I'm just done with men," she told James. "I mean, I may French kiss someone. But I'm not going to marry anyone, no. I don't believe in marriage anymore."
Of course, growing up Britney's kid means having to see your mom perform in some skimpy outfits while gyrating onstage, which the Glory singer says her sons have gotten used to. "I feel like they know that's Mommy performing," she told James. "It's what I've done since I was a little girl, so they know."
But hopefully Britney doesn't share with them the names she uses when checking into hotels, which include "Anita Dick," "Alotta Warmheart," and "Chastity Montgomery."
Britney even educated James on the not-kid-friendly topic of S&M, unfortunately sans Rihanna. "They say that instead of doing bondage and hurting yourself, men get off on being tickled for a very long time," she said, adding that she "would be so pissed off" to be in that position.
Thankfully, Britney and James also found some time to take us on a nostalgia trip, capping off the clip with a reenactment of the music video for "Baby One More Time," Catholic schoolgirl uniforms, pigtails, and all. The songstress complimented James on his singing, saying it was "amazing," and we'd have to agree.
