Camille Grammer Reflects on Her "Friend" Status on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
The RHOBH friend has been on the series since Day 1, in various capacities, and now we know why.
Camille Grammer was a member of the original The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills crew. She remained a full-time 'Wife for the first two seasons before stepping away from that role as she was deep in personal drama, including a court case which has since been settled and a very public divorce from Kelsey Grammer. As fans have seen in the years since, she continues to appear on the series as a friend and guest over the years, including this current season. So, it begs the question: Would she ever want a diamond again?
"I feel like there's something about not being a Housewife that people don't realize that you actually kind of enjoy. Do you enjoy your role on the show? 'Cause I kind of feel like you come and go as you please and you're your own boss in a weird way," Andy Cohen asked Camille on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Camille's response? "I've enjoyed being a 'friend,'" she told Andy in the Clubhouse. "I have. And we've talked about that and I actually enjoy it."
But she added, "I do feel like this year I stepped it up a lot."
And that includes putting a number of personal moments on camera, including her wedding to David C. Meyer.
