Below Deck Med's Lauren Cohen recently caught up with Below Deck boss Captain Lee Rosbach at a — what else — yachting event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Luckily, she captured the epic meeting on Instagram for all of us to see.

Though Captain Lee had some advice for the exterior crew early on this season of Below Deck Med, he's always shown a lot of love for Lauren.
