Caroline Stanbury's Glitzy 40th Birthday Party Was a '70s Dream

The #LadiesOfLondon socialite partied with Paris Hilton and Juliet Angus.

Caroline Stanbury sure knows how to throw a party, so it's no surprise that her 40th birthday bash on Saturday was an over-the-top and fabulous affair.

Caroline took a trip back in time to the 1970s for her big day for what appears to have been an American Hustle-inspired soiree at London's Café Royal. The Ladies of London star was the epitome of '70s glam in her gold jumpsuit right alongside her groovy-looking hubby Cem Habib.

The fête's guest list included some familiar faces: Juliet Angus, who was styled by her good friend Lindsay Lohan in a white, sparkly, tassled Temperley jumpsuit, Juliet's husband Gregor Angus, Paris Hilton, and Sophie Stanbury.
