Chef Ben Robinson Thinks Reality TV Has Changed Hannah Ferrier More Than Kate Chastain

The chef has experience with both chief stews on Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck.

Chef Ben Robinson has worked on yachts featured on both Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean; in fact, he calls himself the "crossover dude." So naturally, the chef has had the opportunity to observe the differences between the interior crew of both shows — and according to him, there are some definite differences.

When Ben appeared on The Daily Dish podcast, he shared some tea about both chief stews: Below Deck's Kate Chastain and Below Deck Med's Hannah Ferrier. While Ben says he "outranks them," he noted, "In a personal setting, Kate is probably a little tougher on me because we're very close, we're both Capricorns, we know how to piss each other off. And it's a lot of fun. Hannah, I think she tries to be tougher in the field with me and it's not going to work for her, ever."

However, Ben said of Hannah, "She's a lot of fun. I do think reality TV does kind of change people a little bit. I think that it's probably changed Hannah more than Kate."
