Chef Dave White Is Married *and* Expecting His First Baby: See the Announcement Photo
The Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7 chef made two very big announcements about his life today.
ICYMI: Chef Dave White is married and expecting his first baby! Yes, December was a very big month for the Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7 chef, who wed his wife and later made a major baby announcement all within weeks of one another.
The Florida-based chef first took to his Instagram account on Dec. 19, where he shared wedding photos of himself walking around and celebrating with his new wife, Holly. In the photos, Dave can be seen wearing a gray suit and black shirt, walking around with Holly, who was wearing a white dress and veil. "Mr and Mrs White," he captioned the post.
A week later, Dave took to his Instagram account on Dec. 25, where he posted an incredibly sweet selfie with Holly taken in front of a Christmas tree. In the photo, Holly can be seen with her pregnancy bump out, holding a small chef's coat, while Dave opted to wear a bib with the words "Daddy's Little Sous Chef."
"Merry Christmas everyone, love from the 3 of us," he captioned the photo.
Although he did not share any more details about the pregnancy, like when his wife is due, it does appear that they already know the baby's sex and have settled on the name. In the photo, Holly can be seen holding up the coat with the name "Juliette" embroidered on it. So cute!
Bravolebrities reactions to Dave White's baby news
It's safe to say that people are very excited for Dave and his new wife, including some Bravolebrities. Yachties from across the Below Deck franchise took to the comments of the pregnancy announcement where they shared their well wishes for the couple.
"The best!!" Below Deck Med Season 9 Chief Stew, Aesha Scott, commented. "Merry Christmas," Below Deck's Captain Kerry Titheradge noted.
"Congratulations mate!!!" Below Deck Season 9 Chief Stew, Heather Chase, added. "Ahhh congrats to you both," Below Deck Season 10 stew, Hayley De Sola Pinto, wrote.
Details on Dave White's engagement
Dave and Holly got engaged in August 2024. He took to Instagram on Aug. 15 and shared photos from his dreamy oceanside picnic engagement. In the photos, Dave can be seen getting down on one knee on the beach, asking his future wife to marry him.
He then took to the caption of the post, where he wrote the sweetest words for his wife-to-be. "I finally found someone who loves me and puts up with me for who I am. Trust me, that isn't easy," he wrote. "She is beautiful, has a huge heart that matches her Smile."
Dave White's dating history on Below Deck Med Season 7
During Below Deck Med Season 7, Dave hit it off with Below Deck Med Chief Stew, Natasha Webb, after they shared a romantic connection prior to working together on Home. Although they tried keeping it a secret, they were found out by the rest of the crew. But, things had fizzled out by the time that the Below Deck Med Season 7 was filmed.
Dave also struck up a brief flirtation with Below Deck Med Season 7 stew, Elena Dubaich, who was only aboard Home for a single charter. But even during that short time, they were able to find a spark between them, Elena revealed during a June 18 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
"There was a bit of flirtation here and there, but we never really crossed paths and it kind of fizzled out," Elena said during the WWHL After Show.
