Daisy Kelliher Speaks Out on Telling Alli Dore What Gary King Had Said About Sydney Zaruba

The Below Deck Sailing Yacht chief stew found herself involved in the relationship drama in the Season 2 finale.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 came to a close in the June 14 episode — but not without one last bit of drama in the Gary King-Alli Dore-Sydney Zaruba saga.

Colin MacRae had let it slip to Daisy Kelliher that Gary had said that he would hook up with Sydney again after Alli put their romance on hold earlier this season. Daisy later told Alli this during the crew's final dinner of the season.

This wasn't the first time Daisy found herself in this kind of situation this season. She was also the one to tell Alli that Gary and Sydney had sex during the crew's first night off of the season.

So, when Daisy appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on June 14, one member of the virtual audience asked the chief stew, "Do you think you were trying to sabotage the relationship or actually be a good friend?"

Of course, Daisy said that she was just looking out for Alli by being the bearer of bad news. "No, I was definitely trying to be a good friend. I don't care who Alli dates or Gary; it's their prerogative, not mine. That was just me looking out for them," Daisy explained in the above clip. "Alli would have been upset if she had known I knew and didn't tell her."

Though Alli was upset after receiving this information from Daisy, she and Gary were able to move past this and enjoy the last night of the charter season together with the crew before later rooming together as they were among the yachties who stayed behind for Parsifal III's crossing.

This revelation also caused some tension between best mates Gary and Colin, who apologized for telling Daisy what Gary had said about Sydney. "I think it's a bit of a stab in the back, to be quite fair," Gary said in an interview during the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 finale. "This is not how I expected a great night and a great season to end. F--k this, really."

However, Gary and Colin seemed to be friendly as the night went on, and they were on good terms as the chief engineer disembarked the boat the next morning. "Regardless of what's happened, Colin has been my godsend this season. He's a genuine guy. We're gonna be friends for ages after this," Gary said in an interview during the episode. "I'm a little bit sad because he's the only one that loves me!"

And we are happy to report that Gary and Colin are as close as ever today. "No, I don't think something like that could break up our friendship," Gary said of the finale drama during an appearance on WWHL on June 7. "At the end of the day, no, Colin and I's bond is greater than words, so no, he's still a good friend of mine, and we chat often on the phone."

We'll catch up more with the Parsifal III crew at the upcoming Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 reunion, kicking off with Part 1 on Monday, June 21 at 9/8c, followed by Part 2 on Tuesday, June 22 at 9/8c. Get your first look, below.
