Dr. Simone Whitmore's son, Michael, is on the move. How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo and streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Whether God carries us or walks along side, He is ALWAYS with us. We are soooo thankful for The Village he provides. [Michael] for my baby. #justgogetit," Simone wrote on Instagram. Michael also posted about his next chapter, writing, "It ain’t a loss, It’s a lesson and a story to tell."

Cecil also shared the big news on Twitter: "So proud of [Michael] taking the next step in his journey @auburnmbb. The work doesn’t stop, it is just starting... Thank you to EVERYONE who has helped Mike get to this point."

The Married to Medicine parents recently dished about how important basketball is in their son's life. "He wants to play basketball throughout college," Cecil said in a recent interview with Bravo Insider. "But he’s also talking about, when he graduates, going to law school, which I think he’ll be great at 'cause he is definitely a talker."

"Yes," Dr. Simone agreed with her husband during the same interview. "And he can debate and argue his side for anything — to keep his little butt out of trouble."
