Elena Has a Stark Warning for Bri as Her “Supervisor” Amid Joe Bradley Love Triangle
Below Deck Mediterranean's Elena Dubaich shared a "general rule" for Bri Muller after they found themselves interested in the same deckhand.
On the latest season of Below Deck Mediterranean, dramatic crew romances are already unfolding — and we're only a few episodes in.
In the above preview for Season 9, Episode 4 of Below Deck Med, which is set to air on Monday, June 24, we see a glimpse of the drama brewing between second stew Elena "Ellie" Dubaich, third stew Bri Muller, and lead deckhand Joe Bradley as Bri and Joe appeared to be flirtatious during a crew night out.
"I'm not jealous of Bri flirting with Joe, but she knows I'm attracted to him. I've said it to her multiple times," explains Ellie in the new preview. "We're roommates, and as a general rule [when] working on a boat, you never want to go for the guy your supervisor is interested in."

The trio's potential love triangle was first teased in Episode 2, when Bri and Ellie both confessed their crushes on the deckhand.
"Joe is a charmer...He knows exactly what to say, what to do, how to look," Bri shared, while Ellie added, "Joe is Mr. Charisma...He's hot, so that helps."
During Episode 3, Bri and Ellie had a discussion about potential boat-mances. "You need to teach me how to be flirty and how to be seductive as f-ck," Bri tells Ellie, who says she will do just that.
After the ladies promised to "wing-woman each other" when the time came, Bri told her fellow stew that there was no one in particular she was interested in. However, she shared otherwise in her confessional.
"Yeah, Joe," she admitted before Ellie popped up in her own interview to explain that she "definitely" has chemistry with the deckhand. "He's the guy I want."
"Usually, when I set my eyes on a guy, he's already interested in me, so I just need to give him the green light," she added. "That's just how it goes."
