Erin Lichy Shows Off “Upgraded” Hamptons Kitchen Renovation: “Everything Is New”
Erin Lichy is hosting the RHONY women again at her Hamptons house in Season 15 — and she's nervous.
It’s a highly anticipated return to the Hamptons on The Real Housewives of New York City, and Erin Lichy is pulling all the stops.
Brynn Whitfield, Jessel Taank, and RHONY newcomer Rebecca Minkoff touched down on Eastern Long Island via helicopter before making their way to Erin’s ultra-cool Sag Harbor digs, as seen in a preview for Season 15, Episode 3. The women were ready to head into the kitchen, where — contrasting with Erin’s food shortage fiasco last season — the Manhattanite offered “so much food."
Straight away, guests could see that much has changed about Erin’s kitchen, and — as expected — the home’s added touches are a real game changer.

Jessel marveled at Erin’s “all-new cabinets," counters filled with charcuterie boards, and trays of eats fit for a king (there won’t be any going hungry for Sai De Silva this time, we suspect), as soon as they walked into the bright kitchen.
“All new,” Erin told her stunned guests about the kitchen’s enhanced look. “Everything is new.”
Erin admitted that the project wasn’t entirely complete, such as a few loose wires, but the others didn’t seem to mind in the slightest.
“Listen, Miss Interior Design has stepped it up, and here we have a brand-spanking-new kitchen,” Jessel said in her confessional.
A side-by-side photo showed some major differences, mainly the switch from plainer countertops to white and gray marble and a matching backsplash.
Jessel further complimented the “new cabinet situation” and the "upgraded" sink faucets — however, she might have thought the new-and-improved changes were a little too subtle.
“Who doesn’t want a new sink tap? Um … yeah. I think that was it, right?” Jessel continued to producers. “Was there more? I don’t know.”
Erin Lichy Skips the Caviar and Pringles
Not that snack this time!
Erin was sure to offer a smorgasbord of wraps, cheeses, fresh fruits, and other finger foods and hors d’oeuvres, ensuring none of the ladies could complain about their dining options for a second year in a row, she explained to producers in the recent clip.
“I’m actually very concerned about the complaining,” Erin admitted in her confessional. “I’ve tried to mitigate this.”
It’s hard to imagine since serving Pringles and caviar in Season 14 turned out to be a huge hit, even if fashion guru Jenna Lyons called it an “unusual combo” and Jessel wondered why people ate that “sh-t.”
The marriage of chips and roe quickly went viral and caused a media storm, and even inspired Kellogg’s (Pringles’ parent company) and The Caviar Co. to create a limited-release collection.
Still, Erin said the women wouldn't be getting caviar this time around. However, generous pours of cocktails were on hand.
“I hope this works,” the married mother of three continued. "And I'll tell you. I have caviar in the fridge, but I am not serving it."
Viewers have yet to see Sai’s reaction to Erin’s edible display in the upcoming episode, but it’s safe to assume she’ll be a lot happier this time around.
