First Looks: 'Million Dollar Listing New York' and 'Married to Medicine'

Two of your favorite shows are returning this April—and we've got first looks at the new seasons.
Million Dollar Listing returns for Season 3 on April 2 at 9p ET/PT. And it's the most dramatic and explosive one yet. Fredrik Eklund, who wed his partner Derek Kaplan last season, is now looking to take the next step in his domestic life: he's got babies on the brain! Ryan Serhant has also matured and seeks to balance his new girlfriend with his demanding brokerage career. Luis Ortiz is also back this season and seeks to settle in to his luxurious bachelor pad.
The stars of MDLNY may have made strides in their personal lives—but it's a completely different story when it comes to competing with each other in the real estate market. This season captures the three brokers selling some of the most luxurious properties ever. Watch the preview below.

Down in Atlanta, the drama (and the shade) is equally intense with the return of Married to Medicine, which premieres April 6 at 9p ET/PT. Toya Bush-Harris, Mariah Huq, Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Quad Webb-Lunceford, and Dr. Simone Whitmore are all back this time around. And they're joined by two newcomers: Lisa Nicole Cloud and Dr. Heavenly Kimes.
Mariah and Quad's once inseparable friendship has taken a turn for the worse: Mariah has demanded credit for making Quad "relevant" in the circle of Atlanta medicine, while Quad feels Mariah has a bad case of jealousy. While Toya's search for her dream home continues, her friendship with long-time friend Simone comes to a surprising halt.
As for the doctors, life isn't all roses. Dr. Simone realizes that her busy career and recent financial blunder has taken a toll on her marriage. And Dr. Jackie, a two-time survivor of breast cancer, is ready to finally experience motherhood, either through adoption or by using a surrogate with her biggest obstacle being her husband. Add to the mix the larger-than-life Dr. Heavenly Kimes, who is both a dentist and married to a doctor, and Lisa Nicole, a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer, and the result is a recipe for sass, class, and one of the most explosive—and brutally honest—confrontations yet.
