Fredrik Eklund Shares a Health Update with a Shirtless Selfie: "Calm Down"
The MDLNY and MDLLA alum showed off his fitness progress while detailing a new chapter in his health journey.
Fredrik Eklund is taking his health seriously these days, and showing the results of his hard work in the process.
On December 9, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and Million Dollar Listing New York alum hopped on his Instagram Stories to share a mirror selfie that put his bare chest on display. "Finally back in shape," the realtor wrote over the snapshot. He then joked, "Calm down, it's just Instagram," seemingly anticipating a slew of comments about the skin-baring shot.
This isn’t the first time the luxury real estate agent showed off his physique. The last time we got a view of his figure was earlier in November when he snapped a photo of himself shirtless and wearing a pair of yellow running shorts.
In the selfie, Frederick revealed he was outside on a run as he prioritized his health and exercise routine. “Another beach run," the Miami dad wrote over the photo he took on November 18. "Mini-steps back to shape...and yes that['s] deodorant," he joked about the visible hygiene product under his arms.

In the above photo, you can see another Instagram Story Fredrik took as he enjoyed his time running outside in nature. The photo in question showed a gorgeous sunset on the beach in Miami, Florida, where Fredrik currently lives with his husband Derek Kaplan, and their adorable twins Freddy and Milla, who are now six years old. (The family moved to the Sunshine State earlier in 2024 after selling their Beverly Hills home for $10 million in June).
In the Instagram Story above, Fredrik meditated on his busy life and time at home with his kids in their new home state.
"After a very long week and lots of difficult deals and hundreds of hours of negotiations and pushing my crazy ideas through to people that might like them or not like them...finally sitting here on the beach appreciating the last big supermoon of the year before the kids come home," he wrote over a beautiful snapshot of the sunset and beach. "Appreciating the little things."

Earlier in the year, on Father's Day, the dad-of-two shared a post containing several adorable photos of his kids as he reflected on the family's new life in Miami.
"The kids just finished kindergarten and it’s officially summer!" Fredrik began in the caption of the post, adding how the little ones already have "so many new friends in Miami."
"I can’t keep up with their social life and all the play dates," he added.
