Gina Kirschenheiter Posts a Sweet Look Inside Her Life at Home with Travis Mullen (VIDEO)
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member revealed what she and her beau are "obsessed" with at home.
Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen may be going through a challenging relationship transition on Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, but they're still enjoying quality time together.
In addition to celebrating the start of the school year with their blended family (more on that below), the pair recently enjoyed time at her home together with their adorable dog, Meatball.
"Meatball [is] really the star of the show," Gina wrote over an adorable Instagram video of Travis (who now resides in a new home) sitting on a cozy chair with Meatball perched on top of the dad.
After noting how "obsessed" she is with her dog in the caption of the post, Gina wrote, "Please tell me how [you] obsess over yours so I don’t feel weird."
Travis is just as obsessed with the loveable pup as Gina, petting the dog (which Gina noted in a hashtag is an "Aussie mountain doodle") as he sat in what appeared to be Gina's home in Orange County.
Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen's Kids' First Day of School
In addition to spending quality time with their sweet dog, Gina and Travis, who both share three children each with their respective exes, celebrated the kids' first days of school on August 20 with the most adorable photos.
Gina shared numerous photos to her Instagram Stories of the occasion, smiling happily with Travis and their blended brood.
The Long Island native's ex, Matt Kirschenheiter, also joined for a few photos, though his wife, Brittany, wasn't present for the occasion.
"We miss you, [Brittany]," Gina wrote over one of the snapshots.
Gina Kirschenheiter's Update on Her Blended Family
In July 2024, Gina stopped by Bravo HQ to share new information about her decision to live apart from Travis and his three kids.
While California mom noted the situation has become a logistical "nightmare" to have two separate households, she explained why it was ultimately the best situation for all parties involved.
"We have a blended family situation, and it is extremely complicated and stressful sometimes. And I ultimately just feel like I always have to do what is in the best interests of myself and these three people [who] mean the world to me," she shared. "I'm responsible for shepherding them through this lifetime and protecting them. There were just things that were starting to happen as a result of everything that he's a victim of that was outside of his control. And I get that, but I still feel like I need to protect my kids from it."
Gina also shared that she believes she'll live with Travis again soon some day.
"It's just what we have to do for now. I don't want to live like this forever," she said. "Logistically, it's a damn nightmare. It really is, like, going back and forth all the time. But, it just feels like the right thing to do until we can actually take the next step."
