Gretchen Rossi: I Never Threw Alexis Bellino Under the Bus
The feuding OC Housewives go back-and-forth in dueling interviews.
Just as Gretchen Rossi and Tamra Barney’s friendship has been rekindled, Gretchen's friendship with co-star Alexis Bellino may be on the rocks.
After a dramatic "intervention" by the other Housewives of Orange County to rid Alexis of her supposed phoniness during their trip to Costa Rica, Alexis went to the press to defend herself. She told Celebuzz that "Tamra is the ringleader of the mean girls," and that her friendship with Gretchen "has taken a huge hit this season," as she feels that Gretchen has "aligned herself with Tamra."
But Gretchen was ready to defend herself and, hours later, told Gather her side of the story.
"I’m not aligned with Tamra; I just choose to put the past behind us. My relationship with Tamra has nothing to do with Alexis." She also defends herself against Alexis' claim that she’s a mean girl by association saying "There has not been any footage of me talking about Alexis with the other women negatively and actually."
In fact Gretchen claims that she acted as a friend by warning Alexis of the impending intervention on the plane ride and that “for her to act like I threw her under the bus is BS."
