Harry Hamlin really knows how to make a girl feel special. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband performed a little ditty called "Delilah's Song" for his eldest daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin in a video posted on his wife Lisa Rinna's Instagram profile Friday. Harry wrote the song on the day Delilah was born, June 10, 1998, and strummed the tune on his acoustic guitar in honor of her 18th birthday Friday.

Lisa also sent a lot of love Delilah's way on Friday in the form of a ton of adorable throwback photos of the teenager. "Happy 18th Birthday Delilah Belle!!!" Lisa wrote on Instagram. "We are so proud of you and the woman that you've become. We love you so much."

The Rinna-Hamlin household must do a lot of celebrating this time of year since Monday also marks the 15th birthday of Harry and Lisa's daughter Amelia Gray. The family is celebrating Amelia's big day in style at Disneyland.

Lisa is pretty blown away by the fact that her little girls are growing into young ladies. "I can't believe how fast the time flies. We now have a 15 year old and an 18 year old! #grateful #blessed #love #family," the RHOBH actress captioned a vintage pic of the fab foursome. " Hug them and tell them you love them."
