Has Margaret Josephs Spoken to Her Stepkids Recently?
The Real Housewives of New Jersey rookie opens up about her family situation.
Since we met Margaret Josephs this season on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, she's been pretty open about her home life. And that was especially true on Wednesday's episode, when she confided in Dolores Catania that she is estranged from her stepkids.
When she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen following the episode, she revealed why she felt like that was the right time to share that information. "I opened up to Dolores because I felt bad. You know, she has an unconventional relationship. I wanted her to realize that I relate to her and Frank, and I've had unconventional relationships. And maybe she didn't understand me that I always realize with my pain, I always make jokes, and things like that. But I'm very deep. I was always about my family, so I wanted to discuss with her where I come from and my kids and everything else."
During her heart-to-heart with Dolores, she shared that two of her kids hadn't spoken to her in six years. And she shared during Wednesday's WWHL where things currently stand. "We're trying to work through it. I call them my children. I don't even call them my stepkids. I'm obsessed with them. I love them. We're just trying to work it out," she said. "Families are tough."
Below, Margaret opens up more about her life as a mom.
