Never Talk to Josh Radnor About that How I Met Your Mother Finale, OK?

So it's been a while since we said goodbye to the crew from How I Met Your Mother in a finale that certainly left everyone buzzing, even three years later. Some of that chatter was definitely on the disappointed end of the spectrum. So when The Daily Dish recently caught up with Josh Radnor, we had to know if he was still feeling the heat.

"I don't talk about it anymore just 'cause everyone gets upset when you talk about it and the people who loved it and the people who hated it," he revealed. "People can feel how they want."

By the way, fans of his PBS series, Mercy Street, shouldn't expect him to revive that role anytime soon. "They don't have the money. We used up all their money on my bear oil. No, I'm kidding," he said of his two-season run on the show. "We did 12 beautiful episodes so hopefully people keep discovering 'cause I think it's a great show."

However, Josh will next make his return to the small screen on the upcoming NBC drama, Rise, based on the book Drama High. In it, Josh plays an English teacher at a high school in a working class town who decides to take over the drama department and from there, he teased, "magic happens." However, he doesn't think the show will have quite the same kind of finale as his previous effort. "God forbid. I don't know. We'll see 'cause I have a wife in this show who's lovely and I want her to live is all I was thinking," he joked.
