The supermodel came up with the idea of asking for a very special birthday present: gift cards to McDonald's and other restaurants which she will then distribute to those in need on the streets of New York City. "I don't always carry cash & it's nice to know it'll be put to good use," she said of the gesture, before thanking boyfriend Cody Simpson for giving her the first batch of gift cards.
The bighearted beauty also recently tweeted that she is "holding on to my teens for as long as I can!" She will be celebrating her milestone birthday this Thursday, but she's already having a pretty amazing week. After returning from a weekend of sun and music at Coachella, People Magazine just revealed her as one of their picks for their 2015 World's Most Beautiful issue.
