How Kyle Richards is Getting Bikini-Ready

The Real Housewife reveals her slimming secrets.

Want to know how The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills queen bee Kyle Richards gets her bikini bod?

The bombshell brunette opened up to Life & Style to declare that she’s a fan of the same weight loss program as Jennifer Hudson: Weight Watchers!

"It's easy to follow. It's been good," she told L&S. "I just bought all the food and stocked up so I don't have to worry about a meal. I like the food!"

But Kyle isn’t a spokesperson for the WW program, like Jessica Simpson or Charles Barkley. She’s just an avid user who’s following the program diligently.

"I've been doing a good job sticking to circuit training three days a week and power yoga two days a week — I see a difference!" she said.

Kyle says that watching what she eats is a real priority, especially since she’s not quite down with living on lemons like Yolanda Foster’s infamous Master Cleanse!

"It's not easy for me because I'm petite and have a curvy body," says Kyle. "I'm small with big boobs and kind of a big butt, so every pound makes a big difference. I have to really watch what I eat. That has been my battle always."

Clearly, Kyle is confident in front of the camera. Today she tweeted photos of herself on the set of ABC News next to anchor Dan Kloeffler:
