Shep Rose Documents What It Was Like During Hurricane Irma
The #SouthernCharm pal takes fans inside his experience with the storm.
When Hurricane Irma made its way to Charleston, after having already left devastating effects on the Caribbean and Florida, Shep Rose took fans inside his experience riding out the storm. The Southern Charm pal posted video of the record-breaking storm on Monday.
But Shep couldn't just watch the storm from the comfort of his own home. He also headed out to see what was happening for himself. "I had to take the golf cart out to check the waves and survey the damage. Waves are a total mess and crazy to watch from land. The police of IOP [Island of Palms] are everywhere checking on folks. I pulled up next to one and they said 'Shep, what the hell are you doing out here? go home and drink a beer.' They get me!" he shared.
