Jackie Goldschneider's friendship with Teresa Giudice was called into question after that explosive Season 14 finale for The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

But, the women were able to move past the drama that came out of the season finale episode, and they have their husbands to thank for that. Jackie opened up about how her husband, Evan Goldschneider, and Teresa's husband, Luis "Louie" Ruelas, helped their relationship along during an episode of her new limited series podcast, Just Jackie, which dropped on  August 13.

After Jackie joined the RHONJ cast in Season 9, both women had said hurtful things about each other and their husbands over the years. "We've been vicious to each other for so many years, and yet we chose to forgive each other and to move forward," she said on the podcast.

They later met up with their husbands, off camera, where they hashed things out amid the Season 14 drama. "We apologized to each other for it, we apologized to each other's husbands, and we decided to move forward," Jackie explained. "And you know, the byproduct of that is a really nice friendship that continues to grow off camera."

Jackie commented that a lot of people are not happy with them being OK with one another, but she doesn't care. "To me, it felt right," she said.

How Jackie Goldschneider came clean to Teresa Giudice in the RHONJ Season 14 finale

During the special RHONJ Off the Rails episode, Jackie admitted to Teresa that she felt "bad for the role" she played in gossip spreading around, however, Teresa said that the rumors wouldn't have grown if she hadn't made it a thing in the first place.

"Right, but I don't want what I did and Margaret [Josephs] did to be confused with each other," Jackie noted. "Because mine was to have something in my pocket if I needed it for Evan. When that was over, that was over for me. That was over, I stopped."

How Teresa Giudice was able to move forward with Jackie Goldschneider

In a July 2 interview with BravoTV.com, Teresa explained how she was able to move past the jabs made between them. "I'm totally fine Jackie [did] that because I hurt her," Teresa said. "I hurt her by putting out what I said about Evan. See? I'm a big girl. If I punch you, I get it, you're going to punch be back."

"I could've gotten ugly," Teresa added. "[But] that's just not the person I am. And I said that to her. Whatever she did in the past, I don't care. I get why she did what she did. I get it. I just don't roll like her."
