Apparently James Kennedy and Erika Jayne Have More In Common Than You Would Think

Take it from this lady!

By Jocelyn Vena

Have you ever wanted to party with Bravolebs? Well, our digital series, Bravo After Hours, offers viewers the opportunity to paint the town red with some of our very own, as well as host and Everybody Curses, I Swear! author Carrie Keagan. So get ready to party like a topman because she's out and about with James Kennedy.

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

You wouldn't think it, but it turns out than if you're going to hang with either Erika Jayne or James Kennedy, the night might turn out in very similar ways. That was the case for Carrie Keagan, who ended up making sweet music with both The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pop star and the Vanderpump Rules musician on seasons 1 and 2 of Bravo After Hours, respectively.

The Daily Dish recently caught up with Carrie, via email, and she opened up about what it was like to hit the studio with James (which you can check out in full, above).

How would you describe James’ energy?

Carrie Keagan: James has a true thirst for life ... and for vodka. He has a ton of energy and a great sense of humor. I mean who comes up with an idea like playing drunk tennis? There's never a dull moment when you're with James. If you pay attention you can see that he's always plotting and scheming his next surprise. He's really fun to be around.

Do you feel he’s a little misunderstood?

I really wasn't sure what I was walking into when I agreed to meet James at his place. When you watch the show he comes across as a bit of a little s--- sometimes, but the guy that I met on the tennis court couldn’t have been more inviting and playful. He was so excited to show me his toys and introduce me to his boys. Oh god, did that rhyme? I think all that rapping we did in the studio has changed me!

Do you think he’s really grown up/matured [as he shares in the episode, above]?

Let's just say, I think there's a lot more to James than we know. He's going to surprise all of us!

You previously went to karaoke with Erika and now you hit up the studio with James. How has this helped your street cred in the music industry?

I learned a lot from both of these talented creatures. So much so that I will be debuting my new single soon, entitled "Shake Dat Front Butt." It's gonna be a smash!

This feels very different from your other Bravo After Hour experiences. Was it cool to hang on this level?

Well this was definitely a first for me! Drunk tennis, rapping, ramen, and painting? We fit a lot into one night!
