Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Reveal the Sex of Their Baby

The Vanderpump Rules couple announced the news just days after confirming Brittany's pregnancy.

Less than a week after confirming Brittany Cartwright is pregnant, the mom-to-be and Jax Taylor confirmed the sex of their baby. The couple hosted a poolside reveal party on Sunday (September 27) and shared the exciting and happy news.

"It’s a BOY!!!!" Brittany posted about the couple's first child, along with photos from the event. Jax added, "IT’S A BOY!!!! I am so happy!!!"

And, yes, Jax already even has the perfect onesie for the tot that reads: "I'm the #1 guy in the group."

The baby news for the couple comes a little over a year after they married in June 2019 in a lavish ceremony in Kentucky, which was featured on Vanderpump Rules. "Mom & Dad. The love of our lives is coming soon," Brittany shared on Instagram last week, with Jax adding, "Sooooo, I am gonna be Dad."

In an interview with PEOPLE last week, the couple confirmed the baby is due in April 2021. The first-time mom also opened up about the couple's journey to parenthood.

"We had been trying for around five months and we just can't wait to grow our family. I had the ovulation sticks and all the apps... we were ready to go!" she said. "I woke up super early to go to the restroom and just had a feeling I should take a test and it was positive!! I cried, I laughed, we were just so happy!! Then I took three more tests and cried some more."
