Now We Know Why Bill Aydin Fell in Love With Jennifer Aydin
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member revealed all the details about her first date with her husband.
Fans have watched Jennifer Aydin and Bill Aydin's marriage over the last few seasons of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. They were already long married with kids when they entered our lives. So, when Jennifer appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday (April 28), one fan wanted to know more about the early days of their courtship, specifically what their first date looked like.
"So we went to Sushisamba, and I was the girl that vowed to never eat sushi ever in her life, but I've learned that you must be pleasant on a first date. Especially if you want to land the big catch that it was, 'cause he was hot and studying to be a doctor, and that was all I needed," Jennifer recalled. "And when we went to Sushisamba, I just thought I ordered chicken teriyaki the whole time and he looked at me like the classy, debonair man that he is, [and] he said, 'Why don't I just order some sushi and we can share?' And I, of course, I was like, 'OK.'"
She added more details about the night and confirmed, "I ate it and I downed it with wine, and I landed me a husband. So take notes, ladies. We want to be nice."
So, where does Jennifer's feelings on sushi stand today? "I've grown to like it," she said. "I'm a team player, and I do things for my husband for love."
Well, clearly these two have found some middle ground as they have been married for nearly two decades and have five kids together: three sons, Justin, Jacob, and Christian, and two daughters, Gabby and Olivia.
