While everyone is buzzing about the man with whom Jill Zarin has been romantically linked these days, it was the creature that The Real Housewives of New York City alum walked the carpet with this week that has us talking. Decked out in a LBD, the Big Apple mom hit up the Citi Taste Of Tennis gala with her pup, Bossi Zarin, in her arms. And we have to say, little Bossi looks like the perfect date to take anywhere.
However, Bossi isn't the new romantic interest in Jill's life these days. She confirmed in July that following the passing of Bobby Zarin in January, six months later, she started seeing Gary Brody. But Jill has been quick to point out it's “new like, we’ll start with new like," she told Extra. “It’s time. We started out as friends and, you know, that’s what Bobby wanted for me; he was very adamant about it.”
Jill has made it clear that before he died, Bobby made it known that he wanted his longtime love to live and love again. Earlier this year, Jill also spoke to The Daily Dish about a conversation she had with Bobby before his passing about continuing her journey without him. (You can hear more from Jill about her life these days in the video above.)
"He told me what he wanted for me. It was very sad ... But he wants me to move on, he wants me to be happy," she shared. "He wants me to work. He wants me to play tennis. He knows I love it and he knows that that's probably a good place for me to meet a nice guy and he doesn't want me to be alone. He's not selfish like that."
On Season 10 of RHONY, Jill and the ladies gathered to remember Bobby in the clip below.
