Josh Altman and Heather Altman's new Orange County office is coming along, and once it's finished, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents are hoping it will not only be a positive change for their team, but for the real estate industry as a whole.

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Peacock and the Bravo App.

On MDLLA Season 15, Episode 3, Josh and Heather stopped by their in-progress office to show it to some of their team members for the first time.

"This is the best a construction site can ever look," Josh quipped. As his team gathered, Josh went on to explain, "This is not going to be an office. I don't want you guys to feel like you're in an office. I want you guys to feel at home here. I want your clients, most importantly, to feel comfortable here."

In an interview during the July 24 episode, Josh and Heather shared more about their vision for the space.

"We are not opening up an office. We are opening up a real estate lounge," Heather said before Josh added, "No desks. We're just going to have a 140-inch television screen where we can project all the listings."

"We're going to have the most stunning stone and it's going to have the Altman Brothers water-etched into the center island," Heather continued. "Free lattes and cappuccinos in the morning and then by happy hour, maybe a shot of tequila."

As for when it might be finished, Heather explained, "We have two timelines for our OC office to be completed. The first timeline is Josh's timeline for construction and he thinks that's five months. The realistic timeline is nine months."

In a June interview with The Daily Dish, Heather shared more details about the design of the office.

"With the Newport office, I got to have a lot of fun there and it’s a big departure from [the style of] our homes," she said. "We built out a real estate lounge. Very monochromatic, zen, kind of Tulum-esque and elevated Tulum kind of vibe to it. I think that office is really going to change the way build out their commercial spaces, especially for real estate."

Details on Josh and Heather Altmans OC house

In addition to building an office in Orange County, Josh and Heather have also been working on renovating a new home there.

"We’re still in the middle of construction, hopefully nearing completion in the next four months or so," Heather shared in the same June interview with The Daily Dish. "This is our forever home, so I want to do it perfect and do it right... We did everything that we wanted to with this house, and it’s going to be amazing."
