Josh Flagg is spending a lot more time in New York City these days. Since the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent's new boyfriend, Kelton, hails from the Big Apple, Josh, who resides in Bel Air, California, often flies cross-country to visit. In an October 13 Instagram Story, Josh re-shared a post from his boyfriend showing how the pair were enjoying the city together

"[New York]'s newest resident happily assimilating," Kelton wrote over a funny photo of Josh looking, well, maybe a little bit disconcerted about taking the subway. He still looked pretty dapper for the ride, however, rocking a black suit and white button-down shirt.

Who is Josh Flagg's new boyfriend?

Though Josh has been mostly private about his relationship with Kelton, he has shared some photos to his Instagram, like the one above. Aside from the occasional social media update, however, Josh has kept quiet about more intimate details, like what Kelton does for a living or how they met.

In July, Josh shared a few details with The Daily Dish, noting that he and his boyfriend are bi-coastal and that they were "serious."

"I'm in a serious relationship, [with a] really good, nice guy who's from New York and lives in LA," he explained. "So, we go back and forth together between New York and Los Angeles."

Josh Flagg reveals why he would get his real estate license in New York

Josh seems happy with the bi-coastal arrangement for now, but would he consider moving to New York? Josh lives on the West Coast, but he is familiar with New York City, considering how much time he spent in the Upper East Side townhome belonging to Sonja Morgan before it was finally sold in an auction in May 2024.

In July, however, Josh told Us Weekly in an interview that, even with his boyfriend being a local in NYC, he hasn't considered moving there full-time. He may, however, entertain the idea of getting his real estate license there.

"I've always said no, because what I have in LA just works," Josh shared with the outlet. "But if I'm going to be spending two weeks or at least 10 days a month in New York, I may as well get my license and just because I know so many people here, but it's not something I'm pursuing."

For now, it seems like visiting NYC is more in Josh's immediate plans than a more permanent move.
