How to Watch

Catch up on Kandi & The Gang on Peacock or the Bravo App.

In the March 20 episode of Kandi & The Gang, Brian shared how he went through a dark time during the pandemic, struggling with substance abuse and his mental health. "It's been a process," Brian told Torin Mitchell at the end of the episode. "In the name of Jesus, I'm never going to that place again. It was hell on earth."

Brian ultimately decided to get help and get sober, a journey that his fellow OLG staff members have been supportive of. He has even recently launched his own company, The Original Soul Roll. "Got through it," Brian said of this difficult time in his life during his conversation with Torin. "I made it!"

As Brian received an outpouring of love from fans on social media, Kandi was, of course, one of his biggest cheerleaders. On Twitter, Kandi said that she "felt" that conversation between Brian and Torin, and she even got emotional watching the episode. "I was crying too when I first watched it," she told a fan on Twitter.

Kandi also applauded Brian's openness in sharing his journey with viewers on Kandi & The Gang. "So happy to see Brian share his story and we are here for you," Kandi wrote in one tweet, adding in another, "I am sooooo proud of [Brian and] how far he has come! Being vulnerable in front of the world isn't easy."

Kandi expressed how impressed she is at all of the progress Brian has made, and she encouraged others to continue to show their support for the Kandi & The Gang cast member. "I love [Brian]! I'm so glad that he's gotten stronger [and] pulled through!" Kandi wrote in one tweet, sharing in another post, "Everybody send [Brian] some love! Let's keep him lifted up!"

Brian opened up even more to Kandi in the latest episode of her Speak On It series published on March 21. To see the emotional conversation, head over to Kandi's YouTube channel.
