Kandi Burruss Remembers Mama Sharon One Year After Her Passing
The #RHOA singer wishes her mother-in-law was still here to see the birth of #BabyTucker.
Kandi Burruss' mother-in-law Sharon Wells passed away suddenly after suffering a stroke on December 2, 2014. Though Mama Sharon is gone, she is definitely not forgotten. Kandi paid tribute to her late mother-in-law on the one-year anniversary of her death Wednesday in a sweet message posted to Instagram. "It's been a year since we lost #MamaSharon," Kandi wrote on Instagram. "I know she would've been so excited & helping us get ready for #BabyTucker. We love you & miss you! #GuardianAngel."
Kandi similarly honored Mama Sharon on her birthday on July 28. "We miss her so much," Kandi wrote in the Instagram post. "I know she is with us & she would be super excited that #BabyTucker is on the way."
Kandi is scheduled to deliver her baby, a son, on January 6. The Real Housewives of Atlanta singer has already had a couple of baby showers to celebrate her second child's upcoming arrival. We're sure Mama Sharon would have been very proud.
