Kim Richards' return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this season was the moment we had all been waiting for. Kim sat down with her sister Kyle Richards for an emotional conversation about their true feelings for one another and the future of their relationship.
That relationship seemed to be so broken beyond repair during last season's reunion that we weren't sure whether or not we would ever see them speak to each other again. In fact, it did take a lot for Kim to get to the point where she could talk to her sister again. "It was hard. It was very difficult," Kim told Andy Cohen during her Watch What Happens Live One-on-One Tuesday. "For myself, I have to take the hurt. The hurt won't ever really go away, but there are certain things that she had done towards me that I personally have to — things that transpired between us — that I have to put aside if I want to move forward."
The RHOBH alum also felt like Kyle had to do the same if they ever wanted to get their relationship back on track. "I couldn't return her phone calls for a while. She called and reached out to me, and I just wasn't ready," Kim revealed. "So I said to her, 'I have to put those things aside, and if you want to move forward, I feel that's what you need to do, too.' And I missed her, as sad or as mad as I was or hurt, I need to put those away to be able to move forward in order to have a relationship with her again."
