Kim Zolciak-Biermann Thanks Kroy Biermann Following Son Kash's Accident: "I Don't Know What I Would Do Without You"
The #DontBeTardy mom revealed more details about the day of her son's hospitalization.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's son Kash is recovering from what has been described as "very traumatic injuries" after being bitten by a dog last weekend. Now the Don't Be Tardy matriarch is giving fans an idea of the chaotic scene leading up to the 4-year-old's hospitalization.
Kim described the moments before and after Kash's surgery in an Instagram post on Tuesday, thanking her husband, Kroy Biermann, for being by their son's side throughout this ordeal. "I don't know what I would do without you @kroybiermann. Kash just got out of surgery in this pic and he was heading to his room. He woke up looking for his daddy," she wrote. "We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked w/ deep conditioner in my hair...Those were the least of our worries."
The Don't Be Tardy mom updated her Instagram followers on Kash's condition in a post on Monday, showing her gratitude for their support and sharing that her son may be going home from the hospital that day. Kim also shared a Snap on Tuesday that appeared to show Kash back at home getting cheered up by someone dressed as Spider-Man. "Kash is loving this!!" Kim captioned the photo. "I have the greatest friends anyone could ask for."

Kim originally shared the news of the incident and Kash's subsequent surgery on Instagram Sunday. "The last 14hrs of our lives has been a living nightmare. My sweet @kashbiermann was bit by a dog and had very traumatic injuries. I've never prayed so hard, or been so scared in my life," Kim captioned a photo of Kash in the hospital. "My husband, our daughters, Kj, Tracey, his nanny, Michael Beck and everyone close to us all pulled together and held each other up. Kash was in the operating room for a couple hours and now we are praying for a quick speedy recovery."
