Kyle Richards Turns the Red Carpet Into a Sweet Date Night with Her Favorite People
The RHOBH mom attended a star-studded event alongside her daughters Alexia and Sophia Umansky.
Kyle Richards was feeling the love as she marked another career milestone.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member traveled to Burbank this week to celebrate the premiere of The Holiday Exchange, an upcoming Christmas flick in which she plays the character of Lola Williams. However, the single mom didn’t go stag. In fact, she turned the event into a mini family date night that included her daughters Alexia and Sophia Umansky.

Kyle documented the premiere in a September 26 Instagram Story she shared just hours after hitting the red carpet. The video showed the Beverly Hills mom posing before a step-and-repeat while rocking a pair of velvety red and white trousers and a creamy silk blazer layered over a matching top. Very appropriate for the festivities.
As for her daughters, Sophia donned a pair of wide-leg pants, a black jacket, and opened-toed heels, while Alexia stepped out in an all-black ensemble that included a scoop-neck long-sleeve tee, leggings, a headband, and boots.
Alexia also shared a few peeks at the event, capturing the film's promotional posters and the Christmas-themed cocktail menu. The signature drinks were the “Sleigh Daddy Negroni” and the “Ho Ho Homo Margarita” — a playful nod to the film’s LGBTQ storylines.
Kyle reveals how her daughters handled her split from Mauricio Umansky
The event occurred more than a year after Kyle announced her separation from Mauricio Umansky. Kyle addressed her marital issues in an October 2023 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, explaining how the split affected her daughters" Alexia, Sophia, and Portia Umansky, as well as Farrah Aldjufrie, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
“When the news first came out, it was really, really devastating,” she told host Andy Cohen. “The whole family. Our phones were blowing up. My kids were just crying, and wouldn’t leave the house. It was really, really difficult.”
Although Kyle’s girls took the news hard, they’ve managed to stay strong and very supportive.
“But now they’re much better,” Kyle continued. “They’re just so together and so smart. They’ve been my best, best, best friends. And I could not be more proud of them; they’re just amazing human beings, thank God I have them.”
Alexia weighs in on her parents' separation
Alexia spoke about her parents’ split in the April 11 episode of the Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley & Tanya Rad, saying she still considered the marriage a success.
“Twenty-seven years together is — it’s a win no matter what,” she said. “And who knows still what’s really gonna happen. They’re still separated. I don’t know if the D word’s (divorce) gonna happen or what. Not sure where it’s gonna go at this moment.”
