Happy anniversary to Mauricio Umansky, who opened up his real estate firm, The Agency, seven years ago. The real estate mogul celebrated the milestone over the weekend with his The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills love Kyle Richards by his side. His sister-in-law Kim Richards also made a cameo during the festivities.

Mauricio also took some time to reflect on the major career achievement on Instagram, writing, "It’s been an incredible 7 years of serving our clients with the highest integrity and service. Happy birthday to my [The Agency] family! We are just getting started. #noassholes."

And, by the way, have you ever wondered what it's like to work with Mauricio? Well, we have some inside scoop from David Parnes and James Harris. "We look up to him; he's a mentor, but he's a friend. We hang out with him," James told The Daily Dish back in 2016. "We co-list a ton of deals with him, and he co-lists a ton of deals with us. And you know what, I think we've really learned from him, and we work well together, and he is so competitive the same way that we are, but it's a healthy competitiveness. It's fun."

Kyle's daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, also works at The Agency, and called her stepdad "best boss and mentor" in an interview with The Daily Dish that same year. "I always have been interested in real estate since I was a little kid. I'd drive around to open houses with my mom and Mauricio when I was 6, 7, 8 years old, I'd love to see all the houses," she said. "I know L.A. geographically really, really well having grown up here. I was an only child for the first eight years, so I spent a lot of time with them and was very interested in everything Mauricio was doing. But I have my own love for property and being in L.A. there's some of the most amazing properties and lifestyles in the world."
