Kyle Richards Spills Some "Behind the Scenes Facts" on a Recent RHOBH Moment with Sister Kim

This season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been filled with alums, including Kim Richards, who appeared in Season 10, Episode 9 while sister Kyle Richards accompanied her to a visit to the plastic surgeon.

As the doctor examined Kim's bare breasts in preparation for her surgery to remove her implants, even bringing in his partner for a second opinion at one point, Kyle started to get the giggles. "I am not the kind of person that can just walk around naked freely in front of everybody," Kyle explained during an interview in the episode. "Kim has always been like that."

Kyle provided some more insight into that moment in a post on Instagram on July 20, explaining why she really couldn't control her laughter. "Behind the scenes facts ... I was not laughing because my sister @kimrichards11 had her shirt off in front of her doctor... I was laughing because she was walking around like that in front of the camera guys who have been with us for 10 years," she said in the post, which featured a couple of stills of her chuckling during the episode. "Sometimes you can't explain what's really going through your head."

Kim was also in good spirits about the moment. "If I could bring joy to your heart with a nipple or two," she told Kyle after her doctor's visit came to an end in the episode.

Kyle reflected on her ups and downs with Kim over the years during the episode, explaining that the sisters have shared the highest of highs and lowest of lows. "It's no secret that Kim and I have a very complicated relationship. When Kim and I are bad, we are really bad," Kyle said in an interview. "That's time that we can never get back. But when we're good, nobody can make me laugh harder than my sister Kim."

Kyle said during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show that sharing the experience of RHOBH with her sister "has been like a therapy session" for her and Kim. "We've come a long way, and I understand my sister a lot more. I think that she understands me a lot more," Kyle said in the above clip. "We don't argue. I feel like we've worked through the majority of our stuff."
