As a veteran soap opera and TV star, Lisa Rinna has figured out the key to staying fit and looking good. "I’ve been my own dietician and workout therapist for years," she tells People. "I think you have to listen to your body."
For her, that means listening to her cravings. "I tend to call myself a dirty vegan," the new addition to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast says. "I’m mostly plant-based—but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it."
She may be a dirty vegan, but there's one word that's even dirtier for Lisa. "I don’t love to use the word diet because if I do, I’ll just want to eat 10 times more,” she confesses. "Moderation is key."
And, of course, exercise is a big part of life of this svelte mom, who works out six time a week with a mix of spinning and yoga. "I really love the combination of SoulCycle and yoga. It keeps me balanced and sane," she explains. "I just think it’s really good to move everyday."
