Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton are weighing in on Lisa Rinna and Sutton Stracke's recent disagreement over one of Elton John's past galas.

To recap, Sutton claimed during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week that she never received a thank you from Lisa and her husband, Harry Hamlin, for inviting them to the event a few years ago, where she had bought a table for her guests. Lisa later responded to Sutton in her Instagram Stories as this episode of WWHL aired, sharing that she and Harry have "gone to the fabulous Elton John Oscar party for years" "We didn't come as your guests @suttonstracke. @eltonjohn invited us to his event, you asked us to sit at your table. So we did," she wrote. "Let's just make that clear."

When a member of the virtual audience asked Kyle for her thoughts on the matter during the September 29 WWHL After Show (clip above), she made it clear who she feels is right in this situation. "Sutton absolutely did not pay for Rinna's ticket," Kyle said. "Rinna's invited every year, she goes every single year. And she was already going, and then Sutton said, 'Why don't you join my table?'"

Host Andy Cohen similarly broke it down like so: "Sutton probably bought a table, and then Rinna got invited, and then Sutton said, 'Oh, sit with us.'"

Kathy said that she agreed with that assessment, concluding, "That happens all the time." She added that she feels like both of the women are correct here, with Sutton believing she did actually buy Lisa and Harry's tickets.

Kyle, who made it known that she is "Team Rinna" in this debate, disagreed with her sister on that point. "No, she knows she didn't buy her ticket," Kyle told Kathy. "She knows she's already going."

However, Kyle clarified that her friendships with both Lisa and Sutton are alive and well. "I'm friends with both," she confirmed. "I'm just saying she doesn't owe a thank you when she was already going."

Sutton reflected on this back-and-forth during a recent interview with Us Weekly, in which she shared that she felt like "Lisa was missing my point." She had mentioned the story when the topic of Lisa wanting more of a thank you from Garcelle Beauvais for bringing her Harry's sauce came up on WWHL. “My point was really that it doesn’t matter — when you’re friends, it doesn’t matter if you get a thank you note or not,” Sutton explained. “Maybe Elton John did send her an invitation, but I paid for her seats.”

“That’s it. It’s no big deal," Sutton continued. "I’m not mad at her for not sending me a thank you note."

Sutton said that she also reached out to Lisa to make sure that she knew there was no beef on her end. "I sent her a text just, like, you know, ‘It’s not a big deal,’" Sutton shared.
