LVP Reacts to Comparison of Her RHOBH Exit & Ariana's Refusal to Film with Tom as a "Double Standard"
Lisa Vanderpump explained why Ariana Madix's decision to not film with Tom Sandoval on Vanderpump Rules "doesn’t make sense."
On the Season 11 finale of Vanderpump Rules, viewers witnessed the cast break the fourth wall after Ariana Madix abandoned their group party and refused to film with Tom Sandoval when he attempted to apologize to her. However, it's not the first time cast tensions have led to this kind of drama.
Fans will recall that before Lisa Vanderpump's departure from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills back in Season 9, she decided to skip the reunion filming amid her feud with the group. Now, Lisa is finally sharing her thoughts on Ariana's choice not to film with Tom, while also addressing claims of a "double standard" regarding her time on RHOBH.

During her May 14 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lisa shared her opinion on why it was irrational, in her opinion, for Ariana to avoid Tom on VPR after Andy asked if the former couple should’ve “engaged” with each other on Season 11.

Lisa Vanderpump reflects on why she left RHOBH
After Lisa admitted that it was unfair for Ariana not to interact with Tom onscreen, Andy asked the restaurateur if there was a "double standard" in how she handled things with Kyle Richards on Season 9 of RHOBH compared to how Ariana is navigating her drama with her ex.
So what was Lisa's response? She said: "Yeah, but [Ariana] showed up to the show. I was like, 'I'm done.'"
Lisa continued to address why she decided to walk away from the series and what pushed her to leave. "People are like, 'oh, you walked away.' Yes, after nine and a half years," she told Andy. "Nine and half years [and] I took it so many times from them, and I finally said, 'OK, that's it.'"
