Can Lizzie Really Have It All?

Since Lizzie Rovsek filed for divorce from her husband, Christian Rovsek, in October 2017, it seems like The Real Housewives of Orange County couple has remained fairly amicable throughout their split. It even seemed like there was hope that they might reconcile after they were spotted vacationing together in Paris in April of this year.

However, a recent report from Us Weekly alleged that maybe Lizzie and Christian's divorce isn't going as smoothly as it may seem. “Lizzie’s divorce from her husband Christian is getting pretty nasty. They are still living under the same roof and it’s causing a lot of conflict with the kids,” a source told Us Weekly. “They were hoping to solve things with meditation, but it looks like they will be taking things to court.”

Lizzie was quick to shut down the rumors in a post on Instagram published on Thursday, December 13. "#FAKENEWS @usweekly before you print something check your facts," she said. "Christian has a townhome and we are great friends; there is nothing nasty about our divorce."

The RHOC alum moved forward with her decision to end her marriage, serving her husband with divorce papers on July 16. "We have been struggling in our marriage for years and have decided to seek divorce. While we wanted to keep this situation as private and quiet as possible for the sake of our children and family, we no longer feel we can keep this situation hidden from the public eye,” Lizzie and Christian said of their divorce in a statement to The Blast. “We have known each other since we were 22 years old and we have the utmost respect and love for each other. We are trying to navigate this as gracefully as possible. We will continue to have the best interest for our kids and for each other.”

Lizzie, who is mom to sons Kingston and Preston, shared "a prayer for moms" on Instagram on December 4, which she said she found uplifting during this difficult time. "You know when you read something and it’s exactly what you needed to hear... this prayer is exactly what I needed to pray today," she wrote in the post. "I’m so grateful for the wonderful, uplifting hearts around me that keep me strong and for my beautiful boys that remind me daily that God is all around us and within us. For any mommy that needs to hear this prayer, I share this with you."
