Ramona Singer Just Spilled Some Tea About Barbara Kavovit, and It's Piping Hot
And yet again, The Real Housewives of New York City drama is "about Tom."
The Real Housewives of New York City OG Ramona Singer hasn't exactly made it a secret this season that she's not a fan of newcomer Barbara Kavovit. But she's not the only one who has clashed with Luann de Lesseps' bestie: Dorinda Medley actually threw her out of her apartment! And on Wednesday's upcoming episode, Dorinda and Barbara will have yet another terse exchange.
When Bravo Pregame host Daryn Carp asked what Ramona thought of Season 11's new addition, Barbara, Ramona initially didn't answer, opting for a long, telling sip of her drink. But then she finally managed to say: "She seems nice enough." When asked why Dorinda seems to "have it out" for Barbara, Ramona immediately knew "exactly why." And she also managed to inadvertently spill some major, previously unknown tea.
"At one point, Barbara was not friends with Luann; she didn't even invite her to the wedding, and Barbara showed up anyway," Ramona revealed, noting that Barbara was specifically uninvited from her December 2016 nuptials. "Luann said, 'Do not come to my wedding,' and she showed up anyway... because she was predicting that the marriage [to ex Tom D'Agostino] would end in divorce."
So how does Dorinda fit in to all of this? "Dorinda feels like Barbara's in the way of the friendship between her and Luann, that all of a sudden, now Barbara's friendly with Luann and, 'Oh, I have to have to protect Luann; you can't talk to her.' Very territorial. That's where the resentment comes in," Ramona said.
