LuAnn Weighs In on Casey Anthony's Controversial Tapes
"I do not find it informative or entertaining," she says.
Two private video blogs from Casey Anthony that recently leaked have shown a lot from the freed Florida mom... like poor judgment, according to The Real Housewives of New York City's LuAnn de Lesseps.
"In Casey Anthony’s situation, blogging about how she's doing much better now since being acquitted of murdering her daughter won't change people's opinion of her," the mom of two writes in her "What Would the Countess Do" column for OK! Magazine. "Casey's video blogging, while cathartic for her, is self-serving and I do not find it informative or entertaining."
However -- if you're not at the center of the national media spotlight -- the etiquette queen says, "How you go about addressing a controversy depends on the nature of your issue. If the controversy is not all that serious or if you are refuting malicious gossip, then why not state your case in a blog?"
And to further prove her point, Jacques' lady love pulls out a classical reference. "Shakespeare said it best, 'The lady doth protest too much, methinks.'"
