Since founding The Agency brokerage in 2011, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband has expanded the brand in several exciting ways — and we’re not just talking about the company’s ever-growing franchise model

Mauricio Umansky announces The Agency Art House

After getting into the philanthropic and EdTech realms, Mauricio announced the official launch of The Agency Art House, an innovative venture that “combines the expertise of industry-leading art advisors with global real estate resources.” The expansion is a collaborative effort with world-renowned art expert Arushi Kapoor, founder of ARTSop Fine Art Consulting in Los Angeles.

“Arushi Kapoor’s experience, knowledge, and passion for innovation in the industry make her an exceptional addition to our network, “ Mauricio said in a press release. “The Agency Art House represents an exciting next chapter as we aim to enhance the value and excellence of our services to clients around the world.”

What to expect from Mauricio's new art venture

The Agency Art House seeks to elevate the art-buying experience through its global network of galleries and industry heavy-hitters. In addition to insurance coordination and consultation services, clients will receive “access to exclusive artworks and curated collections,” giving them an edge over their fellow art collectors.

According to The Agency website, Arushi and her team will head to Florida next month to provide walkthroughs at Miami Beach Art Basel.

“Partnering with an internationally renowned brand like The Agency was a clear choice, given its esteemed reputation for innovation and exceptional service,” Arushi said. “With the launch of The Agency Art House, we are excited to elevate the art collecting experience for individuals. The Agency’s global clientele will now enjoy exclusive access to insightful art investment opportunities, paired with expert guidance from top industry advisors. Together, we are entering a new era that seamlessly fuses the worlds of real estate and art.”

Mauricio announces an exciting guest for his new coaching series

Months before launching its Arushi partnership, The Agency announced The Mauricio Umansky Network — an interactive coaching series focusing on real estate entrepreneurship. The network aims to help current and aspiring realtors navigate the competitive and often unpredictable market through one-on-one coaching sessions and Q&As with leading industry figures.

Mauricio took to Instagram last week to tease the next MU Network episode and its special guest.

“Behind the scenes with [Mauricio Umansky] who will be making the announcement for next week’s guest on [The Mauricio Umansky Network]!” an Instagram read. “Who is it? Hint: [shark emoji].”

So, who was the special guest? It’s a longtime Shark Tank investor Barbara Corcoran.

“This woman is amazing,” Mauricio said in a November 15 video. “You will have the opportunity with me to come join us live and have a one-on-one conversation with me and Barbara Corcoran.”
