Mauricio Umansky shouts out MDLNY alum Tyler Whitman
Mauricio gave a quick shout-out to Tyler via Instagram on Saturday (August 17), roughly a year after Tyler opened the company’s Hamptons office. The post, originally shared by the MDLNY alum, showed The Agency’s recognizable red-Jitney bus, which featured the phrase: “The next generation of Hamptons real estate.” Tyler had tagged The Agency’s main page as well as Mauricio and Dana Trotter, who serves as Tyler’s co-managing partner.
Mauricio reshared the post on his Instagram Stories and simply added, “Hi Friend!!”
Kyle Richards opens up about her family's real estate/reality TV ventures
Of course, The Agency's Beverly Hills office's team includes Mauricio and Kyle Richards’ daughters Alexia Umansky and Sophia Umansky as well as Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, Kyle’s oldest daughter from a previous marriage. As fans will recall, Buying Beverly Hills Season 2 premiered back in March and shed more light on Mauricio’s marital split from Kyle. The estranged couple announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
Kyle spoke about the family business in a March interview with The Daily Dish, admitting she was a bit “concern[ed]” about the girls being on a show together.
“I’m always so fascinated by my daughters’ relationships because they are truly each other’s best, best friends,” she said. “They never argue, and they’re all so different, and they just love working together, and I was so worried. And now they’re doing this TV show together, which was another concern of mine.”
She continued: “I am grateful that I had some wisdom and some experience to bring to the table regarding them being on reality television together,” she added. “I was very worried about their relationship and reality television.”
