Meghan King Edmonds might be facing some very public marital drama with Jim Edmonds, but she's managed to keep her focus on their three kids, twins Hart and Hayes, and daughter Aspen. And that means The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has also been busy caring for her son Hart, who was diagnosed with "irreversible brain damage" in connection with his minor Periventricular Leukomalacia diagnosis earlier this year.

In addition to continuing with treatments, as she has been doing over the last few months, she confirmed on Instagram Stories that her 1-year-old twin son attended his "first neurology appointment since his PVL diagnosis in June. #Goodvibes #goHartgo."

She also shared moments of him playing at the exam at the St. Louis Children's Hospital.

She didn't offer any other insight into what happened at the appointment, but the RHOC alum has been quite open with fans about her son's journey since his diagnosis.

Given the time of year, the Edmonds kids have also been keeping in the Halloween spirit with their mama at the pumpkin patch and wearing adorable costumes.

Earlier this week Meghan released a lengthy statement addressing her estranged husband reportedly filing for divorce after five years of marriage on October 25. It's the only major statement she's made publicly about their drama; meanwhile Jim has commented on several occasions about their issues, including when he shut down reports that he cheated on his wife with their nanny.

The one thing both Meghan and Jim have shared a similar sentiment on is how stressful this year has been as they seek treatment for Hart. "We both carry an extremely large load and most of our issues could have been worked out if we had more more time for us. With our busy careers and the addition of our son’s medical needs, we were lacking quality time together," Jim said in a statement to Us Weekly on Tuesday (October 30). "I’m removing myself and all of my family from this unnecessary publicity that I obviously have never quite enjoyed. I have way too much love for my wife and kids for this to happen and it’s time for us to get back to the private life we used to live. Meghan is a truly special woman who my kids are so fortunate to have as their mother."

Prior to the news of their split, Meghan spoke to The Daily Dish exclusively about the bumps her marriage faced earlier this year and how it's been hard to find time for her relationship. "We're just still working it day by day. I think after such a breach of trust, it's so hard to rebuild from there, especially [with] so many distractions, like our son's health problems and two other little babies [daughter Aspen and Hart's twin brother, Hayes], as well. And so to focus on the two of us as a couple, is really hard," she said in an interview on Thursday (October 24).
