Mazels to Mercedes "MJ" Javid and Tommy Feight, who welcomed their son this week! When it came time to name their firstborn, the Shahs of Sunset couple settled on the sweetest name, Shams Francis Feight. That moniker serves as a tribute to her late dad, Shams Javid, who passed away last year, and his late mom, Francis, who passed away from cancer when he was a kid.

Recently, Tommy opened up about becoming a dad — and how he hopes to be able to honor his late mother by telling his new son all about his grandmother. Tommy shared all this in a recent Instagram post, which celebrated her on what would have been her birthday. That post also included a photo of his mom, which he said perfectly encapsulates how he remembers her.

"This is how I always try to picture my mom in my mind's eye - smiling with a big bouffant of red hair - she would of been 68 today and bursting with anticipation to see her grandchild," he wrote. "I'll do everything I can to tell our child as much about their grandmother as I can remember- I just wish I had some more memories for myself."

We have to say that MJ and Tommy finally settled on the perfect name for their tot — and she explained to PEOPLE how they got there. “I’m going to make it a win-win for both of us,” she said. “I am going to make sure Tommy is happy, and I want it to be a name that is culturally acknowledging his Irish side and my Persian side. I want it to be a name that will be beneficial for someone to have throughout their life, because it is part of your identity.”
