Mercedes "MJ" Javid and Tommy Feight Are “More Bonded” Than Ever and Here's Why
The Shahs of Sunset parents are feeling "simply grateful" these days.
Recently, Mercedes "MJ" Javid admitted that she's "pretty stressed out" as she and husband Tommy Feight navigate the always-changing tide of new parenthood after welcoming their son, Shams, earlier this year. But luckily for the Shahs of Sunset couple, they have a strong support system to offer them up a helping hand when they need it — including when they embarked on a recent date night.
MJ opened up about the adventure on Instagram, where she revealed that the pair are stronger than they've ever been.
"Simply Grateful," she wrote. "Also my cousin, who is too busy to have Instagram, is an incredibly giving, amazing and selfless human. She snapped this quick shot, and actually came to L.A. for a night while we headed out for one of the most memorable nights of our marriage. Shams is 5 months old now! [Tommy] and I are more bonded today than ever."
MJ and Tommy welcomed Shams back in April, and they've kept fans in the loop since on what their lives have been like since becoming parents.
However, it hasn't been easy for MJ. After a difficult and complicated delivery, she was placed in the ICU. She later confirmed that she is no longer able to carry a child again.
“I want another baby,”she told US Weekly in August. “We’re going to have to get a surrogate because I don’t have any way of carrying anymore. It’s not possible through my birth. I would love to have, like, at least three more via surrogacy, like, all at the same time. Seriously.”
